Refund policy

7-day money-back guarantee. If your letter is not what you wanted, email us within 7 days of purchase with your PayPal order id and we will refund you in full.

There is no free trial and no subscription. Each set is a single payment.

If the letter does not appear

After payment, the letter normally appears within about 10 seconds. If it fails, press the retry button on the same page (no extra charge, up to 2 more tries). If it still fails, email [email protected] with your order id and we refund you.

If we cannot write your message

Messages that are harassing, sexual, threatening, or ask for private information about a person cannot be written. If this is detected after payment, we refund you.

Statutory withdrawal rights

Your legal rights are not affected by this policy. If the law of your country gives you a right of withdrawal for distance purchases (for example 14 days in the EU, 7 days in Taiwan and Brazil), that right applies. For digital content that is delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started if you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged this; the check box before payment records that agreement. The 7-day money-back guarantee above is separate and always applies.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to your original PayPal payment method. PayPal processing times apply.
