Who we are. KunStudio, a business registered in South Korea (see seller information). Contact: [email protected]

Your message. It is sent to our language provider (Google Gemini API, servers outside South Korea, including the United States) only to write your letter. We do not store the message or the generated letter on our servers. The result stays in your browser tab.

Result copy email. After payment we email you one copy of your letter and the order details, to the address you typed in the optional email field or, if you left it empty, to your PayPal account email. We do not keep that address in our order records. The email is sent through our Gmail account (Google), so a copy remains in that mailbox's sent folder; ask us at [email protected] and we will delete it. If a copy cannot be delivered (for example during a Gmail outage), the address and the email, including your letter, are kept for up to 7 days so we can resend it by hand, then deleted automatically.

Payment. Payments are handled by PayPal. We never see your card number. We keep a delivery record containing only your PayPal order id, the set you bought, and whether it was delivered.

Feedback button. If you use the feedback button, the text and email you type are sent to us so we can reply.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and purchases. It does not receive your message.

International transfer. We operate from South Korea and use providers in other countries (PayPal, Google, Cloudflare). By using the service you understand that your data is processed there.

Your rights. You can ask us what we hold about you (the delivery record above), ask us to delete it, or complain to your data protection authority. Write to [email protected].
